New York Eve

The Crystal Ball returns to International Market Square on Monday, December 31, 2007 at 8pm.


New York EveThe Crystal Ball will once again strive to be the city’s biggest bash. In addition, this year’s event will have a new focus: Fashion in the Twin Cities. Partnering with Drama, Karma, Il Voustro, Picky Girl, VState and Jon Charles and Details salon. The Crystal Ball will support these local businesses and bring their fashions to the runway as well as provide a top notch party to follow.


Local DJ’s CXR and GSP will provide a great mix of dance music throughout the evening.


Starting December 1st General Admission tickets will be priced $40 pre-sale and $55 at the door. Exclusive VIP tickets and bottle service will also be available online.

Underground Revival

State Theatre - Thursday, December 10 at 8:00pm


Darius McCrary (Family Matters, Next Day Air, Saw VI), Clifton Powell (Rush Hour, Lockdown, Ray) and Grammy nominated singer Angie Stone, are joined by an all-star cast to make this hilarious musical stage play leave audiences energized and revived!

The story highlights differences and similarities between saints and sinners with a spotlight on issues confronted by everyday people regardless of age, race, social status, religion, and life preference.

Madea's family comes to see her while she's sick, however it's the rest of the family that needs help. Her granddaughter Maylee has dumped her daughter, Keisha off on her sister, Vianne, who has been living with Madea for the past 6 months since her divorce. Chaos erupts when Maylee shows up engaged to Vianne's ex, Anthony, who is out to make Vy as miserable as possible.
